Questions people ask first

Is this actually remote?

Yes. Every role on Talenthive is remote. You'll need a reliable internet connection and your own laptop or desktop. We coordinate over chat and video across time zones.

Where do you hire from?

We hire remotely and review applications from anywhere, as long as you can work our time-zone overlap and communicate clearly in written English.

What are the hours like?

It depends on the role. Some are full-time, some part-time, and Community Moderator offers flexible hours including evenings and weekends. We're always upfront about expected hours before you start.

How long does hiring take?

After you apply, a team lead reviews your form and reaches out for a short intro call if it's a fit. From there, onboarding usually begins within a couple of weeks.

One form covers all four roles.
