What you'll actually do

What you'll do

  • Plan and schedule social posts across a small group of brand accounts
  • Reply to comments and DMs using a friendly, on-brand voice
  • Draft short captions and hooks, then refine them with feedback
  • Track simple metrics — reach, saves, replies — in shared dashboards
  • Join a short daily team check-in over chat or video

Who we're looking for

  • Comfortable spending time on social platforms and curious how they work
  • Clear written English — you can keep a message tidy and warm
  • Reliable home internet and a laptop or desktop
  • Organised, responsive, and happy working across time zones
  • Basic comfort with everyday tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slack
